Oct 11 update

188. I'm hoping to drop 1-2 lbs between today's run and basketball tomorrow. It's 54 degrees today, great for a run.

Food:
  • 2 granola bars
  • 1.5 cups coffee, with non-dairy creamer and Equal
  • wrap club sandwich (included bacon and cheese)
  • two slices sausage pizza
Exercise:
  • ran at 2 miles, walked 1 mile - didn't sweat a drop
