Oct 25 update

185 today.

Exercise:
  • Ran 4 miles with Tim
Food:
  • 2 granola bars
  • 16 oz coffee w/ equal and h/h
  • vegetarian lentil soup
  • 20 oz diet Pepsi
  • 1 slice supreme deep dish pizza
It was 52 degrees at run time. I wore shorts and a long-sleeved t-shirt, which was a little warm when we were in the sun, but fine. It was a great day for a run. I didn't feel like it at all but once we got going we were fine.
