188. I was really sore this morning from basketball and didn't feel like running today, but once I got some coffee in me, I'm ready to go!
Exercise:
- 4.5 miles - guess I wasn't ready to go because we walked more than 1/2 of this. My legs were dead from 2 consecutive days of basketball, and Tim ran last night.
- 1 yogurt, 20 oz coffee, mongolian stir fry with szechuan sauce, 2 granola bars, 3 slices frozen pizza, 1 tbsp peanut butter
