Sorry, pretty busy. 191 today.
Food: multi-grain oatmeal with 1 tbsp brown sugar (didn't help nearly enough, was like eating a the box that the oatmeal came in), coffee with milk and 1 equal, 6" Subway turkey and ham sandwich (lots of veggies, no mayo), sugar-free lemonade and ice tea, a couple chips. I made our entire dinner on the grill: 10 oz rib eye steak, 1/2 zucchini, about 10 french fries (grilled), 2 corn on the cob, and 10 oz red wine. I definitely felt like I pigged out. I really didn't need that much steak, fries, or corn. I'm going running tomorrow to make up for it and hope to lose about 3-4 lbs this week.
Exercise: Walked around downtown Aurora after church.
